1Acceptance of Terms of Use

• Your email address must be active and registered in your own name.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your Lucky 555 account password confidential.
• Lucky 555 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Use a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Lucky 555 reserves the right to request full identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, a bank statement, or a Malaysian e-wallet statement showing the account holder's name.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

5Lucky 555 Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky 555 offers a range of bonuses for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be converted to cash.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

Lucky 555 welcome bonus up to RM 888 subject to minimum wagering requirements. This bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Wagering with bonus funds must be completed before any winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Sports Accumulator Bonus

The Lucky 555 accumulator bonus of +25% for football and other sports matches applies only when all selections in the accumulator win. Voided or refunded bets due to postponed matches are excluded from the bonus calculation.

6Sports Betting Rules

This section outlines the general rules that apply to all Sports Betting at Lucky 555, covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), BWF badminton, MotoGP, boxing, and all other available sports.

6.1 Bet Placement

• Bets that have been submitted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended except through the Early Cashout feature where available.
• Lucky 555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous (obvious error) without prior notice.
• The minimum bet for all sports markets is RM 1 (or as per specific market limits as displayed).

6.2 Match Results

• All betting results are based on official results announced by the relevant tournament or league organising body.
• For football matches, general bets (unless otherwise specified) are settled based on the result after 90 minutes of regular time plus injury time — excluding extra time or penalty shootouts.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 36 hours, all bets will be voided and refunded.

6.3 Early Cashout

The Early Cashout feature allows members to settle a bet before the match ends at the value offered by Lucky 555 at that time. The cashout value may be higher or lower than the original stake depending on how the match unfolds. Lucky 555 does not guarantee that the cashout feature will be available for all bets at all times.

7Casino Games and Slots

All casino games at Lucky 555 — including live baccarat, roulette, video slots, and other table games — use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system independently verified by a third party, or in the case of live casino games, real physical equipment operated by live dealers.

• Lucky 555 does not guarantee winnings in any casino game. All games carry a house edge, which is a standard and accepted business model within the industry.
• Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, Lucky 555 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the stake to the member's account.

8Fraud, Cheating, and Misconduct

Lucky 555 takes misconduct and fraud very seriously. The following activities constitute serious violations of these terms:

• Opening more than one account (duplicate accounts) using the same name, email, phone number, IP address, or payment method.
• Using automation software, bots, or algorithms to place bets automatically.
• Manipulating odds or systems through technical means, or colluding with others to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without their authorisation.
• Transferring balances between different member accounts.
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the Lucky 555 platform.

9Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your Lucky 555 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting all bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you within 5–10 business days.

9.2 Closure by Lucky 555

Lucky 555 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

10Lucky 555 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 555 shall not be liable for:

• Any service disruption resulting from scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Internet connection failures on the member's end that cause disruptions during betting or gameplay.
• Betting outcomes that have been altered due to a technical disruption and resolved in accordance with standard procedures.
• Financial losses arising from valid and final betting outcomes.

11Responsible Gaming
